State Bank of India (SBI) will hire for the position of Probationary Officers (PO). Online registration began on November 14, Diwali. Candidates can fill out applications until December 4. The SBI PO 2020 notification was posted on November 13 to recruit 2,000 POs in different SBI offices. There will be three rounds of selections, the preliminary round, the main round and the final round of interviews.
OSE PO 2020 Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
Age limit (as on 04.01.2020): The candidate must be between 21 and 30 years old as of 04.01.2020.
Educational qualification (as of 12.31.2020): The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent degree recognized as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the last year / semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally with the condition that, in case of being called for an interview, they must present proof of having passed the graduation exam before 01.07.2020. Candidates with a Certified Public Accountant may also apply.

The preliminary exam will take place on December 31, 2020 and January 2, 4 and 5, 2021 and the main exam is scheduled for January 29, 2021.

The application fee for the SBI PO 2020 exam varies by category. For the General / OBC category it is ₹750 and zero SC / ST.

According to the latest notice, the starting base salary for SBI probation officers is ₹27,620 with four advance increments. Candidates are eligible for various benefits like DA, CCA, HRD. Candidates must also post a two-year bond with the bank.
