Meanwhile, US courts have dismissed Trump campaign lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia related to electoral negligence. In Michigan, the campaign had tried to stop the counting of absentee votes, while in Georgia it had alleged that even incorrect votes were counted.
Michigan Claims Court Judge Cynthia Stephens rejected the lawsuit Thursday, arguing that the Michigan Secretary of State is not involved in the local count process. A formal order will be issued on Friday.
