High school and middle school report cards, high school and middle school approval certificate, proof of identity, birth certificate, category certificate (if applicable), passport size photograph (six), NEET admission card, NEET rank card , provisional assignment letter.
Once the document verification is done, candidates are eligible for the admissions round that includes payment of college fees and other processes.
