Officer Ankur called the Sarita Vihar Police Station Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV). Upon seeing him, the young men fled and were followed by ERV. The BMW then spun around and ran toward the ABC Pocket.

“When the two officers told them to stop, the driver of the car tried to run over Agent Ankur. He jumped and was saved. The driver then his car in Ct Jitender with the intention of killing him and ran over his car which crushed his legs.” DCP Meena said.

The car was chased and found to have crashed into a juice corner near Umer Masjid in Khadar Mod. An injured person was also found at this location.

“During the inspection of the car, the car door was found to be open. The beer bottle was inside the car. The airbags were open as well,” DCP Meena said.
