The campaign for the Assembly elections in Bihar is in full swing, and the head of the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), Chirag Paswan, called for a vote on Sunday and urged people to pave the way for a ‘government Nitish free ”in the state.
“I ask you to vote for the LJP candidates to implement Bihar1stBihari1st. Everywhere vote for the BJP. The next government will be a Nitish-free government, ”he wrote on Twitter.
The LJP is contesting the state elections on its own. And Paswan is considering religious tourism to make a mark during the campaign. He visited Sitamarhi on Sunday where the LJP chief promised to promise to boost religious tourism in the state. He had made it one of the highlights of his “Bihar First, Bihari First” manifesto.

Paswan further accused Nitish Kumar of neglecting religious tourism and said the state “would not have suffered income problems if the current prime minister had attached importance” to this in the last 15 years.
While offering prayers to the temple of Goddess Sita, Paswan promised to build a Sita Temple that will be larger than the Ram Temple that is being built in Ayodhya.
“I want a temple larger than Ram Mandir built in Ayodhya for Goddess Sita in Sitamarhi. Lord Ram is incomplete without Goddess Sita and vice versa. Therefore, a corridor must be built connecting the Ram Temple of Ayodhya and Sitamarhi, ”Paswan said, citing the ANI news agency.
The LJP, alone in the polls, has consistently attacked Prime Minister Nitish Kumar while singing hymns to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. By accommodating more than 25 rebel leaders from the BJP with tickets, Chirag has helped create a perception that there is some understanding with the party. This has created confusion that has persisted despite BJP leaders repeatedly saying that the LJP is not part of the NDA.
While Kumar is the NDA’s top ministerial candidate, the five-party Mahagathbandhan (grand alliance) named Tejashwi Yadav of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) as their candidate for the highest post in the state.
The state will go to the polls as of October 28. Voting will take place in three phases: October 28, November 3, and November 7. The results will be announced on November 10.
