NEW DELHI: Leader of Congress Rahul gandhi has responded to criticism for visiting Hathras but failing to meet with the rape victim and their families in Punjab, Rajasthan, saying that the two states “do not deny that the girl was raped”, unlike the UP government in the Hathras case .
