Ashwani Kumar, a 1987 batch IAS officer, has been appointed Managing Director of Maharashtra State Financial Corporation, Mumbai. N Nawin Sona, from the 2000 group, has been appointed Member Secretary, Statutory Board of the Rest of Maharashtra, Mumbai.
