An alleged mismatch in NEET test result numbers turned disastrous when a student in Madhya Pradesh ended her life after getting a poor score. Disappointed by the scores, Vidhi made the drastic decision to hang from the ceiling fan inside her bedroom on Tuesday morning, according to a report by Zee News.
However, the family could not imagine how a brilliant student could score so low on tests, after which they called for the OMR sheet.
Contrary to the previous scoring, the OMR sheet revealed that Vidhi had scored 590 points. In particular, Vidhi wanted to serve people by becoming a doctor and had studied hard for his NEET exams.
Meanwhile, the police are investigating the matter while the body has been sent for autopsy.
