As of October 21, the Indian Railways takes a further step in unlocking, as several new trains, decisions on intensifying services will be implemented from today.
Festival special trains starting today
In addition to the 392 festival special trains that began on October 20, several additional pairs of special trains will operate under the East Central Railway, starting today.
one. Train 02741/02742 will run between Patna Junction and Vasco de Gama from October 21 to November 25. The weekly festival special train will leave from Patna Junction every Saturday and Vasco de Gama every Wednesday to Patna Junction.
two. Fortnightly Patna-Mumbai Train: The train (03259/03260) between Patna and Mumbai will start from today. It will depart Patna every Wednesday and Sunday and depart Mumbai every Tuesday and Friday on its return trip from October 21 to December 1.
3. The railways will run a special festival train (02395/02396) between Rajendra Nagar terminal and Ajmer from October 21 to November 25.

Women will be allowed on Mumbai premises
Starting October 21, female passengers will be able to travel at Mumbai venues.
one. All women who commute to work can board local trains from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 onwards.
two. They will have to buy tickets, but they will not require a QR code.
3. Four special local trains for women will be added starting Wednesday.
Four. Between 11 a. M. And 3 p.m. M. And after 7 p.m. M., There will be no control of women for the QR code or identity card and only the tickets will be verified.
Kalka-Shimla toy train
The Kalka-Shimla toy train was supposed to be running again on Tuesday, after a seven-month hiatus. But due to a technical problem, the service was canceled. The train will depart from Kalka at 12:10 pm and arrive in Shimla at 5:20 pm. The descending train will depart from Shimla the next day at 10.40 am and arrive in Kalka at 4.10 pm
