A terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir surrendered to security forces during a joint counterterrorism operation, in a dramatic video released by the Army on Friday. The video released by the Army shows a soldier, wearing combat safety equipment and holding an assault rifle, communicating with the terrorist, identified as Jahangir Bhat, in what appears to be a vegetable garden.
