An Indian Air Force C-17 Globemaster transport plane landed at Leh Air Base in Ladakh today with supplies for troops deployed in advanced areas.

The ANI news agency shared the video of the huge, robust and long-distance landing on the runway in the high-altitude region.

The jumbo transport aircraft can transport large combat equipment, troops and humanitarian aid over great distances in all weather conditions.

The Army, according to the PTI news agency, has dispatched tanks, heavy weaponry, ammunition, fuel, food and essential winter supplies to high-altitude areas in eastern Ladakh to maintain its combat readiness amid rising tensions. border with China.
