The Mumbai High Court today granted bail to actress Rhea Chakraborty, who was detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on a drug angle in the Sushant SIngh Rajput case. In reaction to the same, Taapsee hoped that Rhea’s time in jail would have sufficed for the egos of people who have fulfilled their agendas on behalf of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Taking to his Twitter account, Taapsee wrote: ‘I hope his time in jail has been enough for the egos of many people who, in the name of Sushant’s justice, fulfilled their personal / professional agendas. life ahead. Life is unfair, but at least it’s not over yet.

While Rhea Chakraborty’s statement of bail was accepted with a bond of Rs 1 lakh, the court rejected the statement of her brother, Showik Chakraborty. The HC rejected bail from another co-defendant and alleged street vendor, Abdel Basit Parihar, while granting it to Samuel Miranda, home manager of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Dipesh Samant, a Rajput staff.

The High Court has ordered Rhea to mark her presence for 10 days at the police station after release, deposit her passport, do not travel abroad without court permission, and inform the investigating officer if she has to leave Greater Mumbai.
