Sushant Singh Rajput Sisters Call on HC to Annul Rhea Chakraborty’s “Malicious” FIR Against Them | Hindi Movie News

MUMBAI: The sisters of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Priyanka and Meetu Singh, approached the Bombay High Court on Tuesday to quash an FIR filed by Rhea Chakraborty in Bandra Police against him.

Rhea accused them of getting her prescriptions through telemedicine for certain drugs, although she was already consulting doctors in Mumbai and said that these drugs were issued in a “conspiracy with a doctor” with a “false prescription” and delivered to Sushant on the grounds that the medications “may result in a chronic anxiety attack and result in their suicide ‘and’ complicity. ” The sisters have alleged that the actions of Bandra and Rhea police are” unreasonable and arbitrary “and the FIR does not present any case against him and “deserves to be annulled.”

The petition says that she has “conveniently changed her position during and claims that Sushant was a ‘drug addict’. The petition says that the FIR could not have been presented without first obtaining an expert medical opinion, as allegations have also been made against a doctor, arguing that “only one expert is required to determine whether the presumed prescription drug is really clonazepam.”

The FIR is malicious and a counterattack alleged that the sisters, recounting how their brother, whose well-being they were concerned about, was tragically found dead on June 14 and the Mumbai police “declared it a ‘suicide’ and how their father was forced to file an FIR in Bihar due to “inaction” in Mumbai.

The sisters said the FIR is “tarnishing their image” and claimed that while Mumbai police initially never produced any FIR on death, they were now trying to support Rhea and attempting to “” derail and influence the ongoing investigation into CBI on Sushant’s death. ”

The HC court headed by Judge SS Shinde heard the matter and published it after a week until October 13, without having approved “any urgency”, as Rhea’s lawyer asked for time to appear and present an answer to oppose. . Not a month has passed since the FIR was submitted.

“On August 19, 2020, the SC, in order to ensure public confidence in the investigation and to do full justice in the matter of Sushant’s death case, deemed it appropriate to approve the ongoing IWC investigation into the case registered in Patna and directing the transfer of any case recorded in SSR’s death on the circumstances of his unnatural death to CBI, ”Rhea’s attorney, Satish Maneshinde, said Tuesday.

He added: “The Bandra Police registered a case concerning the accusations of Rhea Chakraborty against the Sisters of SSR in relation to the illegal administration of medicines on the basis of falsified prescription that could be the cause of the death of SSR and transferred it on 9 September 2020 to the CBI according to the orders of the SC. Therefore, the family also faces investigations of the case ”.

The CBI is investigating both cases independently and impartially. The CBI is supposed to be an isolated Maneshinde and free from any interference. She also said that “it is very disturbing to read that information in the media, as attempts are being made to obtain a predetermined result in the case.”

“Any further attempts to interfere and disrupt the investigations will be reported to the appropriate courts,” said Rhea’s attorney, Maneshinde.
