Bombay High Court reserves order in Kangana Ranaut v. BMC case | Hindi Movie News


The Bombay High Court reserved its order in the matter related to Kangana Ranaut’s petition, filed against the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, as they demolished parts of his office calling it “illegal”. After all the interested parties had presented their brief and concluded the hearing, I post that the HC reserved the order.

Kangana Ranaut had filed a petition in court on September 9, when the BMC razed her office-bungalow on Pali Hill. The court had soon ordered a suspension of the demolition unit carried out by the civic body. Kangana is reportedly seeking Rs 2 million compensation from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for damages. The civic body had reportedly stated that Kangana’s claim for damages was “unfounded and false”.

In the workplace, Kangana Ranaut recently ventured to South India to start shooting her movie ‘Thalaivi’. After spending months in confinement with the family, the actress has finally returned to the sets.
