The popular show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ came under heavy attack on Twitter for its recent episode. #BoycottKapilSharmaShow has been trending on the microblogging site since the episode aired last night.

On Sunday, an episode aired with filmmaker Anubhav Sinha and actor Manoj Bajpayee, who were there to promote their ‘Bambai Main Ka Ba’ music video.

However, it was one of the segments that involved Kiku Sharda and Krushna Abhishek that left a section of social media users unhappy.

The duo tracked an English-language news channel and their style of reporting on the Sushant Singh Rajput case and the Bollywood drug nexus. This started a massive trend on Twitter with a section of netizens demanding everyone to boycott the show.

Meanwhile, before the episode, Kapil took to his Instagram page and shared a photo straight from his stylish vanity. In the photo, Kapil is seen wearing a white patterned sweatshirt and a pair of blue jeans. He is seen spraying cologne while clicking.
