Will Karan Johar’s video be reexamined?

The OCN had previously confirmed the authenticity of the video submitted by the Shiromani Akali Dal plaintiff’s leader, Manjinder Singh Sirsa. According to sources, there was no editing, splicing, or dicing of the video, but it was unclear if what looked like a white powdery substance could be illuminated light (torchlight). The NCB has tried to find out more about it in the reexamination of the video.

NCB regulations require, according to a circular issued on 1 2013, that persons against whom a complaint can be made must register their statements. So there are chances that party goers can be summoned to record their statements.
