“The forensic report clearly indicated that no semen It was found. We believe that some people took advantage of the situation, tried to disturb community harmony and create caste conflicts. We are examining this and will arrest those who try to vitiate the atmosphere, “said ADG (law and order) Prashant Kumar. TOI.
The samples were collected on September 22 at Aligarh’s Jawaharlal Nehru College of Medicine, where she had been admitted for the first time on September 14, and were received by the Agra laboratory three days later, on September 25. The postmortem report said there were “multiple healed tears” in her private parts. It was unclear how old the tears were.
The autopsy report attributed the death to cervical spine injuries due to indirect blunt trauma and that the ligature mark on the neck was consistent with the attempted strangulation but did not contribute to his death. The severe spinal cord injuries were due to an attempted strangulation.

Referring to a video on the day of the girl’s hospitalization, Kumar said: “She was conscious when she gave her statement at a local police station to a journalist and said categorically that there was a person who tried to strangle her. Later, three people were named or gang-raped ”.
