Sushant Singh Rajput’s Friend Ganesh Hiwarkar and Former Manager Ankit Acharya Arrive in Delhi Ahead of Their Rajghat Hunger Strike | Hindi Movie News

Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend Ganesh Hiwarkar and former manager Ankit Acharya arrived in the national capital today. The duo, along with some fans of the late actor, will do a padyatra from the airport to Rajghat. They will also go on a hunger strike on October 2 in an attempt to demand justice for Sushant. Speaking about the delay in the CBI investigation, Ganesh had previously told a news outlet that he and Ankit will go on a symbolic hunger strike on October 2 over the Sushant case. They stated that they wanted an update from CBI and that they did not want the case to drift in another direction. According to him, while NCB is doing its job and found a connection to drugs, there has been no update from CBI.

Meanwhile, Sushant’s father, KK Singh, recently met with Bihar’s chief minister, Nitish Kumar. During the meeting, Singh briefed the CM on the latest updates on CBI’s ongoing investigation.

This comes shortly after Vikas Singh, the lawyer representing the family, expressed his displeasure at the “speed” with which the CBI was conducting its investigation. Singh said the family was distressed by the new course the investigation had taken and claimed that the NCB was “diverting attention” from the actual case.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14 under mysterious circumstances.
