The deputy director general of the Office of Narcotics Control, Mutha Ashok Jain, has confirmed that the video of Karan Johar’s house party in 2019 will not be investigated. He added that it is not related to the ongoing investigation into the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput.

For the unspoken, in July 2019, Karan shared a video clip of her little house party attended by celebrities including Deepika Padukone, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Vicky Kaushal, and others. It was soon speculated that the stars of the party were using drugs.
