Almost 31% Prefer Nitish As CM, According To Poll Poll | Bihar Assembly Elections 2020 Election News


NEW DELHI: Bihar’s three-phase assembly elections will be the first large-scale elections in the country amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, and according to the IANS C-Voter Bihar opinion poll, on 30, 9% of the people are still endorsing Nitish Kumar as the most preferred candidate to become prime minister again.
Nitish Kumar is followed by Rashtriya Janta Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav, who is the preferred CM candidate of 15.4% of people, followed by BJP leader Sushil Modi (9.2%).
Surprisingly, RJD supreme and ex-Bihar CM Lalu Prasad, who is convicted of the forage scam and cannot participate at the polls, is considered the most preferred candidate for CM by 8.3% of voters. The leader of the Lok Janshakti Party, Ram Vilas Paswan, has been preferred as a CM candidate by 6.5% of the population.

Congressional leader Tariq Anwar has received a 2.1% approval rating, the lowest among prominent leaders in the state. The survey sample size is 25,789 and the survey period is September 1 to 25. The survey margin of error is +/- 3% at the state level and +/- 5% at the regional level.
