The chief minister said that the NDA government will strive to provide access to irrigation facilities on every parcel of agricultural land, while highlighting the benefits of the student credit card in promoting higher education.
Kumar also tried to silence the opposition and the NDA alliance partner LJP, who had been raising the unemployment issue by emphasizing youth training through a program called ‘Yuva Shakti, Bihar Ki Pragati’. “For this, each district will have a mega skills center and create a skills department,” he said.

Kumar announced programs to develop entrepreneurship among women. “Women will receive special assistance of Rs 10 lakh and we will provide Rs 25,000 for girls who pass the intermediate exams and Rs 50,000 for those who graduate,” Kumar said.
He said that from now on the villages will be orderly and clean like cities and will be equipped with solar lights and a solid waste management facility and a senior center in each city, along with better healthcare facilities for human beings. and livestock in rural areas.
Kumar, however, dodged a question about Chirag Paswan and revealed that Jitan Ram Manjhi’s group has joined the NDA on the advice of the BJP.
