DU Admissions 2020: First Cut List to be Released on October 12 | See schedule here


DU 2020 admissions: The first cut-off list for admission to undergraduate courses at the University of Delhi (DU) will be published on October 12, according to the schedule published by the university team. Students will be able to check the limits on du.ac.in, as well as on the websites of the respective universities. A record 3,53,919 students had applied for 64,000 undergraduate seats across all universities in DU this year, which is roughly one lakh more than last year and the highest in the past three years. Due to such a high number of applicants, the limits are also expected to be higher this year. Additionally, St Stephen’s, which is affiliated with the DU but conducts its own admissions process, has already set the tone for the rest of the universities.

List of documents to report in DU 2020 admissions:

  • Certificate of approval for class 10 issued by the Board
  • Class 10 Grade Sheet
  • Grade 12 Grade Sheet
  • Original or Provisional Pass Certificate for Class 12 Board Exams
  • SC / ST / OBC certificate (for candidates seeking admission through reserved seats)
  • EWS certificate, if applicable
  • Most recent transfer certificate
  • Two passport size photographs (self-certified)
  • Sports certificate for the last three years (if applicable)

Admission to all DU undergraduate courses for the 2020-21 session will be on a cut-off basis, except for some.
