Republic Media Network learned that a top celebrity executive called a former Mumbai police commissioner and sought help protecting two big Bollywood names: an actor and a filmmaker. Republic Media Network had previously accessed the WhatsApp chats of an actor ‘D’ (later confirmed as Deepika Padukone) and ‘K’, who were part of the WhatsApp group with Jaya Saha and would apparently use it to coordinate drugs.

The chats accessed are from October 2017 and show ‘D’ asking ‘K’ for “maal” who replies that he has it, but at home. Also, ‘K’ said that he can ask ‘Amit’ if he wants it, since “he carries it.” ‘D’ also clarifies that he needs “Hash” and not “marijuana” as the two discuss logistics. After that, another series of conversations emerged in which Jaya Saha is discussing supplying drugs to another pair of actors, ‘S’ and ‘N’, of which ‘S’ turned out to be Shraddha Kapoor, according to sources.
