Apple Online Store goes live in India with a number of new services to meet consumer demand and also help them make the right decisions. The online store provides a unique experience for consumers by providing services such as product customization, packaging, counseling sessions, and more.
Apple displays all of its products in the store, including the recently announced iPads and the Apple Watch Series 6 and Watch SE. The price remains the same for all products. All financing and EMI options are also available, along with an exchange program within the online store.
Apple confirmed that due to the Covid-19 pandemic there is no cash on delivery available for now. That mode of payment will likely be available once things get back to normal. The company also claims that all orders will be delivered contactless.
For logistics, Apple has partnered with Blue Dart. Apple is committed to delivering products free of charge within 24 to 72 hours from the date of purchase. Deliveries, however, also depend on the remoteness of the place.
For starters, Apple will cover up to 13,000 PIN codes nationwide and should add more codes to the list in the coming days. Given difficult times, deliveries could be affected due to local blocking rules due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has been the case for many online e-commerce platforms.
With the online store, Apple wants to offer a unique customer experience to customers. Experts will understand customers’ requirements and then help or guide them in choosing the right product that meets their needs. Not only that, the experts from the online store will also guide the customers to configure the product and run it smoothly.

Interestingly, once the product is purchased, customers will also be able to book a free 30-minute advisory session with Apple experts to get all their questions answered. Apple’s online support is available in English, while phone support is available in Hindi and English.
Apple is also introducing a special student price in India for Mac and iPad to encourage online classes amid the pandemic. In addition, the tech giants also offer discounts on accessories and Apple Care + benefits, an extended warranty program with two years of technical support, and accidental damage coverage as well.
