The statement said that it is also close to “Agra, the city of Taj Mahal, Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna, and close to the proposed logistics center in Noida, the proposed dry port and the freight corridor, thus providing all the transportation and movement facilities “. . “
Raju Shrivastava, who was present at the meeting, told indianexpress.com: “We thank Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for listening to us and fulfilling our request. We have all been working for more than fifteen years to start a movie town in North India. We had previously shown land in Lucknow to Boney Kapoor and Shubhash Ghai. We also took them to different cities, but they found the land very expensive.
“So the honorable Chief Minister said that there is land available in sector 30 of Noida, and he said that they will give us a subsidy and that the land will be given to us at a discounted rate. You have taken this initiative because it is a question of employment. The city of cinema will employ thousands of people in this region. We also had to find a place where there are airports and hotels, so this place is apt. We also chose Noida as the location because we will get Vrindavan, Mathura and Agra as locations for the shots. “
He added: “The CM wrote down all the suggestions and problems and has told us that this will be a world class city and film studio.
