The former chief minister of the former state of Jammu and Kashmir, and acting Member of Parliament, Farooq Abdullah commented on the violence along India’s disputed border with Pakistan. Comparing the government’s position on the tension with China and the ongoing multi-level talks, Abdullah said dialogue with Islamabad should be restarted to “find a way out” of the current situation.
