Bengaluru City Joint Police (Crime) Commissioner Sandeep Patil said African citizens were caught red-handed at OMBR Layout when they tried to sell these banned substances.
According to the police, the accused, identified as Nigerian citizen Nonso Joachin (36), resided at Pilla Reddy Nagar, OMBR Layout. The defendant, Trajori Ben, 25, is a citizen of the Ivory Coast residing at Mother Theresa Layout in the city.
The police stated that both defendants had arrived in India on a medical assistant visa, which they clearly violated while participating in such activities.
