Sushant’s death is homicide, will say suicide if CBI shows evidence: Pavitra actor Rishta Deepak Qazir

Deepak Qazir got in touch with Sushant Singh Rajput while filming the shows Pavitra Rishta and Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil. His last meeting with Sushant was in 2016. Deepak did not stay in contact with Sushant after his breakup with his then-girlfriend, Ankita Lokhande. But Deepak is sure that Sushant could not have committed suicide. As of now, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is investigating the death case. Sushant Singh Rajput died of alleged suicide on June 14.

When asked why he believes that Sushant Singh Rajput’s death was not a suicide, Deepak exclusively told India Today in an interview: “I am telling all of this based on media reports and will change my statement only after that the CBI shows facts that are a suicide and not a murder. But until that moment, my theory is that it is a homicide. “

Deepak and Sushant have not been in contact for the past 4-5 years. But Deepak feels, from what he knew of Sushant, that someone like him would certainly have left a suicide note. “A person can change in five years, but as much as I knew Sushant, he always used to write, and if he commits suicide, where is the suicide note?” Deepak asks.

Deepak’s belief also leads him to question the Mumbai police investigation into the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. He asks: “How could the Mumbai police declare him a suicide without evidence?” Deepak also questioned the statements of Sushant’s family, which were written in Marathi.

Mumbai police, which were initially investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, had recorded statements from several people, including the actor’s relatives. friends and some coworkers. However, the SSR family later claimed that their written statements were in Marathi, making it difficult for them to understand them, and they ended up signing them under duress. Mumbai police, on the other hand, have maintained that a translated copy was provided. In reaction to this, Deepak said: “Maybe it was under pressure that they signed [the statement], since the family was in mourning for the death of their son. “

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has also taken off on a drug conspiracy angle. With several major Bollywood names being exposed as part of a large drug cartel, public opinion is against the entertainment industry. Jaya Bachchan, a former actress and current MP for Rajya Sabha, in her speech in parliament yesterday, said that the way Bollywood is portrayed is unfair. Jaya had said, “Jis thali main khate hai usme chhed nahi karte (sic).” Criticizing Jaya Bachchan’s statement, Deepak said: “Actors of Yahan kayi hai jinke paas thali hi nahi hai, katora lekar khade hai aur unke late payment ho rahe hai. Kitne logo ko payments mile hi nahi hai.”

Deepak believes that actors commit suicide due to the monopoly of the industry. The payments are not on time, little or no work, the TRP game of the channels, etc., forces the actors to take such extreme measures. When asked if this could have been one of the reasons why Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide, Deepak said: No, he was earning well and making good movies. So he couldn’t commit suicide. [I believe] it’s homicide. “
