Apple held its annual product launch event on Tuesday virtually and announced a number of products and services, including the new Watch Series 6 and the latest iPads and iPads.

Although yesterday’s event was missing the launch of its next generation iPhone series, iPhone 12, iOS 14 is gradually rolling out for all its users around the world and may reach Indian users tonight.

And with each annual iOS update, there are some older iPhones that may stop receiving them.

With the iOS 14 update, the company has introduced new Android-like features and improved privacy options.

The latest version of iOS is a major update from any previous software version because iOS 14 brings widgets to the iPhone home screen for the first time, bundles all your apps into a new app library, and adds images in picture mode. (which was already available on iPads).

The operating system introduces a new Stacks widget that is essentially auto-generated and changes based on the iPhone owner’s usage pattern. For example, at the beginning of the day, it will show a calendar and then switch to the activity tracker when the user goes to the gym.

There is also a new translation app. There are also improvements to iMessage (such as pinned conversations, online mentions and responses), Apple Maps, compact notifications for incoming calls, privacy improvements, a redesigned music app, and much more. Click here for all the features of iOS 14.
