PATNA: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) incarcerated supreme Lalu Prasad lamented on Sunday (September 13) his close aide and former Union Minister Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, saying he was speechless and upset.

Singh, a five-time former MP, had resigned from the RJD and sent his resignation letter to Lalu, who is currently serving his sentence in fodder scam cases.
