Throwback images of Sushant Singh Rajput and Alia Bhatt’s best friend Akansha Ranjan Kapoor are circulating the internet amid the investigation into her death. In one of the images, Sushant can be seen planting a kiss on Akansha’s cheek, while in another image, they can be seen striking a pose for the camera.

The images are reportedly from Ramesh Taurani’s Diwali party, which was attended by who’s who from Bollywood. The same image was also shared by Akansha on her Instagram account. Along with the image, she wrote, “Day 1 continued 💥💥”. Check it out:

Akansha and Sushant were good friends and used to hang out together at parties. Sushant passed away on June 14 at his residence in Bandra. The news of his untimely disappearance has shocked the entire nation. Akansha had shared a flashback image with Sushant on June 14 to mourn the loss of her friend’s death. Also in that picture, Sushant is seen kissing her on the cheek. Along with the image, she wrote, “Forever.”

Meanwhile, the case of Sushant’s death is being investigated by the CBI, the Office of Narcotics Control and the Directorate of Enforcement. Recently, the new angle on drugs had emerged and the NCB arrested Rhea Chakraborty for purchasing drugs for Sushant. Rhea is also said to have confessed the names of Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh in the drug case and that they are currently under an NCB scanner.
