Also called ‘ Commitment ‘, the NEET self-declaration form, attached to the admission card, must be downloaded and printed at least one day before the NEET 2020 exam.

At the bottom of that page, the candidate must paste a copy of the same photograph that they used in their 2020 NEET application. They must place their LEFT THUMB PRINT in the next box and in the last box, the candidate’s father must sign.
