The National Testing Agency (NTA), the body conducting the NEET 2020 exam scheduled for tomorrow, that is, Sept. 13, had said it would take all precautionary measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 and ensure driving. pen safe. -Medical proof of admission on paper. The NEET 2020 exam will be held at 3,843 centers across India featuring nearly 15.97 lakh candidates. As part of its measures to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19 during the NEET 2020 exam, the NTA has included a health-related “Self-Declaration Form” or “Commitment” on the NEET 2020 admission card. Also called ‘ Commitment ‘, the NEET self-declaration form, attached to the admission card, must be downloaded and printed at least one day before the NEET 2020 exam.
It asks the following questions that candidates must answer and sign:

If you have not experienced any health problems, please leave this space blank

3. If you traveled to another city or country in the 14 days before the exam, please check that box. If you have not traveled anywhere, leave it blank.
If you have traveled, you must indicate where you went (name of cities / country) and when you arrived in the city where you are writing your exam, the city of the NEET exam center. The form has space for four cities, complete as many as appropriate.
At the bottom of that page, the candidate must paste a copy of the same photograph that they used in their 2020 NEET application. They must place their LEFT THUMB PRINT in the next box and in the last box, the candidate’s father must sign.
Until now, every step has to be done at home.
The last box that says “candidate’s signature” should be left BLANK. The candidate must sign on the day of the NEET 2020 exam, at the exam center and in the presence of the proctor.
