Abdullah, 50, said that he was assigned accommodation in the Srinagar VVIP area of ​​Gupkar Raod in 2002 when he was a deputy for the Srinagar constituency. He said that he used the compound and the adjoining house as the official residence of the Chief Minister from Cotober 2010 until January 2015, when he resigned because “the rules allowed me to retain accommodation in Srinagar or Jammu and I chose to retain accommodation in Srinagar.”
