Some of the alleged illegal construction works include the conversion of a ground floor bathroom into an office, the construction of a kitchen inside the warehouse, new bathrooms have been built near the warehouse, the conversion of the balcony into a living area, the merging one bungalow with another and expanding. of the third floor. Ranaut had purchased this bungalow in 2017 and renovated it in January of this year. According to authorities, Ranaut’s office is listed as residential property on their records.

Meanwhile, in a new move, the BMC also filed a response in the Dindoshi Court to overturn the order suspending the demolition notice given to Ranaut for illegal construction of his home on Khar Road. However, the Dindoshi Court suspended the notice after Ranaut challenged it. The official said that once the ranch is vacated, we will begin the demolition.
