Veteran singer SP Balasubrahmanyam, who is being treated for COVID-19 at MGM Healthcare Hospital in Chennai, tested negative on Monday, his son SP Charan said. However, the 74-year-old singer is still connected to the fan. Sharing a video on his Instagram profile, SPB’s son SP Charan said: “We were hoping Dad’s lungs would improve as they were, but unfortunately we are not yet at the point where we can get rid of the fan. But the good news. news is that dad is COVID negative. ” The signer was admitted to MGM Healthcare hospital in Chennai on August 5 after testing positive for the virus. SP Balasubrahmanyam had mild symptoms when he was transferred to hospital this month. However, he was later transferred to the Intensive Care Unit or ICU and placed on life support when his condition deteriorated.
However, the hospital is not issuing a newsletter today on the singer’s health. On September 3, the bulletin stated that she was on “ICU ventilation and ECMO” and that her “clinical condition is stable. She is conscious, responsive and continues to show clinical progress.”
