Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Copy of NCB Pretrial Detention Order Says Showik Chakraborty is Part of Active Drug Syndicate That Includes High-Profile People | Hindi Movie News

Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager Samuel Miranda have been released into the custody of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) until September 9 by the court today. In the NCB forwarding copy, Showik has been mentioned as being part of an active drug syndicate. He also says that high profile people are part of that union. The NCB is in possession of some incriminating evidence and now wants to know how Showik and others acquired the drugs in such large quantities.

At a press conference after the court ruling, the NCB said the media assisted them in the case and that they will examine all possible links and make a decision. Showik’s lawyer, Satish Maneshinde, has objected to the NCB’s pre-trial detention lawsuit in court, as no seizures have been made during the raids. According to him, following the laws of the NDPS, the court cannot approve a preventive detention of 6 days.

According to the OCN, they have given new names and to corroborate the facts they need these people in preventive detention. Earlier today, Showik and Samuel were taken to a hospital for their medical check-up before being taken to court.

The Office of Narcotics Control has summoned Rhea Chakraborty for questioning on the case tomorrow. In addition to her chat logs stating that she purchased medicine for Sushant Singh Rajput, her brother also reportedly confessed to her involvement in purchasing medicine.
