Oppo Enco W51 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) headphones with active noise cancellation and wireless charging were launched in India, priced at Rs. 4,999. The latest offering in Oppo’s growing range of smart audio and accessory products, the Enco W51 was launched yesterday alongside the Oppo F17 and Oppo F17 Pro smartphones and will be available for sale soon. At this price, the Oppo Enco W51 ranks among the most affordable TWS earphones with premium features like active noise cancellation in India.

Oppo Enco W51 is priced at Rs. 4,999 in India. These will be offered in two color options: white and blue. Availability details have not been announced yet, although the headphones are expected to be on sale soon.

Although there are many TWS earphones available for less than Rs. 5,000 in India, the Oppo Enco W51 goes a bit further by offering active noise cancellation and wireless charging. Both are premium features seen in TWS earbuds priced at over Rs. 10,000. Oppo is bringing these features into the affordable space, it’s an interesting move that could see other manufacturers trying to offer more in their upcoming products as well.

Oppo Enco W51 specifications, features

Oppo Enco W51 features active noise cancellation which, according to the company, reduces noise by up to 35dB. The headphones come with a three-microphone system that further improves sound quality and reduces noise for voice calls. The headphones also support Qi wireless charging. This means that the Oppo Enco W51 can be charged with most wireless charging mats and pads. There is also a USB Type-C port on the charging case for traditional wired charging.

The Oppo Enco W51 has 7mm dynamic drivers and uses Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity. The headphones have a 25 mAh battery in each earbud, along with a 480 mAh battery in the charging case. With active noise cancellation turned on, the earbuds have a 3.5 hour battery life on their own and 20 hours of listening together with the charging case. The headphones are IP54 rated for dust and water resistance.
