Around 43249 (14322 Karnataka and 24544 non-Karnataka) wrote the exam on August 19. The exam holds the key to around 20,000 engineering positions at 190 private universities in Karnataka.
Of the top 100 rank holders, 45 are candidates from Karnataka, while the remaining 55 candidates are from different states in the country. 1219 of the top 5000 rank holders have scored more than 70% on the entrance test; The remaining 3,781 have insured 56.67% or more. The highest score obtained is 168 out of a maximum of 180.
Ranking cards have been generated from eligible candidates and are available to candidates at their applicant login on the Comed-K website (www.comedk.org).

This time, the Comed-K counseling will take place online and candidates must upload the scanned copies of the documents through their login. These uploaded documents will be verified by the panel of expert verification officers.
The number of seats available to be filled, the amount of the tuition fees and the advising dates will be notified in due course, which will be in the immediate order of sequence to that of KEA.
