After questioning Rhea Chakraborty for more than 8 hours on Monday (August 31), the CBI has not called her today for the fifth day. However, sources say that Rhea may be questioned along with Sushant’s sisters Meetu and Priyanka Singh. On Monday, the CBI questioned Meetu Singh, who lived with Sushant from June 8-13. Rhea’s brother, Showik Chakraborty, was with the actress during questioning.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanged in his Mumbai home on June 14. Rhea Chakraborty left her home on June 8 after an argument occurred between the couple and Sushant asked her to leave.
Whereas before, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family denied knowing about Sushant Singh Rajput’s health and mental health and that he was taking medication for it, India Today has agreed to talks between the late actor and his sister Priyanka Singh where she can be seen suggesting some non-prescription medications.
Rhea Chakraborty’s attorney, Satish Maneshinde, told India Today that Rhea Chakraborty left Sushant’s home on June 8 because she opposed Sushant’s decision to take over-the-counter medication at the suggestion of her sister.
