But do online trolls affect you? In an exclusive chat with ETimes TV, the comedian and actor shared his thoughts on online trolls and whether the harsh comments affect him. He said, “I don’t care about them. If it’s a genuine criticism of something, then I’ll know. No matter what you say, there will be an opinion on what you have said. For example, if someone writes that the sun rises in the east, someone will comment, but when there is a cloud, the sun does not rise. Then what do I do? There is some negativity. Genuine accounts are fine, there are some fake accounts. I don’t understand that they wouldn’t use jargon from their original account. Some people’s way of thinking doesn’t suit me. If you want to criticize me, say you don’t like my performance. But why does the sentence have to start with ‘maa’ ‘behen’ gaalis? I stopped caring about them, however I acknowledge the genuine comments. ”
He further added: “At first, when there used to be harsh comments, I wondered if I hadn’t performed so poorly. It starts playing in your head when something like this pops up between good comments. There is a world of social media, and there are malicious comments from 20 to 50 people, who don’t even have an identity. So when I see that most of them aren’t upset, I stop caring about the haters. ”
