Swara Bhasker asks if Rhea Chakraborty is ‘being framed’ as new chats show Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister knew of her treatment

Swara Bhasker raised questions about whether Rhea Chakraborty was ‘being framed’ in the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput, as recently accessed chats suggest her family was informed about her mental health issues. Swara also asked why this story was “conveniently” ignored by “screams of anchors”.

Retweeting a tweet showing the conversation between Sushant’s sister, Nitu Singh, and her former manager Shruti Modi, Swara wrote: “Hello you shameless voyeurs and non-conscientious presenters! Chat shows that #RheaChakraborty had informed the family about SSR’s mental health way back in 2019. Why did all the high decibels, yelling, screaming, anchors conveniently ignore this story? Does Rhea look like she’s being framed? “

According to messages accessed by India Today, Shruti shared Sushant’s recipes with Nitu in November 2019 and also sent her the number of her psychotherapist, Susan Walker. Nitu had also expressed a wish to meet the doctor who could return home. This seems to contradict the family’s claims that Rhea had kept them in the dark about Sushant’s diagnosis and treatment. It was said that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Sushant died on June 14, and her family has accused Rea of being an accessory to the suicide. She has also been accused of drugging him without his knowledge, embezzling his funds and isolating him from his family.

Last week, Rhea sought police protection for herself and her family, claiming there was a “threat” to their lives. She shared a video of her father, Indrajit Chakraborty, being harassed by reporters in his building.

Rhea, whose possible role in Sushant’s death is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) and the Narcotics Control Office (NCB), wrote on Instagram: “We have been trying to leave our house to cooperate with ED, CBI and various investigative authorities to cooperate. There is a threat to my life and the life of my family. We have informed the local police station and have even gone there, unaided. We have informed the investigating authorities to help us reach them, no help came. How is this family going to live? “

“We are only asking for help, to cooperate with the different agencies that have requested it. I ask @mumbaipolice to provide protection so that we can cooperate with these investigative agencies. #safetyformyfamily In times of conviviality, these basic public order restrictions should be provided. Thank you, ”she added.
