Raina’s return to India is another major blow to the Super Kings camp, of which at least 10 members, including a player from India, have tested positive for Covid-19 after testing on Thursday. It is understood that there was only one player among those who tested positive, the others were net pitchers and members of the support staff.
Raina had recently retired from international cricket, announced the same night as MS Dhoni’s international retirement, after the two of them landed in Chennai for a camp the Super Kings had organized before flying to Dubai.
