Hundreds of buses arranged by the Congress, who were trapped in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan border for more than 24 hours after the government refused to allow them to ferry stranded workers, began to return to Rajasthan on Wednesday, hours after the Congress the general secretary of Priyanka Gandhi Vadra tried to remove them, because the state refused the offer to its execution.

Priyanka alleged that the government was the creation of obstacles, instead of working together to help homeless workers, while UP to the Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Dinesh Sharma alleged that she had been sent to Rajasthan roadways bus, she can not do in his personal capacity.

The developments come a day to the Congress chief Ajay Kumar Lallu, was granted bail by a court of Agra, a day after his arrest, along with some other leaders of the party, for allegedly violating CrPC section 144, a blockage of the orders and of the Sections of the Epidemic of Law. Tuesday, Lallu had led a dharna against the government’s decision not to allow buses.

But a Lucknow police team present on the exterior of the court took Lallu in custody soon in connection with another case filed against him and Priyanka’s private secretary Sandeep Singh in Lucknow’s Hazratganj police station on Tuesday for allegedly misleading the government by providing incorrect data on the bus and making false statements.

Assistant Commissioner of Police (Hazratganj) Abhay Mishra said Lallu was taken to Lucknow, and later was produced before a local court, which sent him to judicial custody. He was kept in a temporary jail in Lucknow, Mishra said.

On the night of Wednesday, PTI reported from Jaipur that the Rajasthan roadways buses began to backtrack on the border of the state with the ABOVE. “The buses are returning after the government refused them entry…” Sarvan Pathak, in-charge, Chiksana police station in Bharatpur, was quoted by the PTI.

In a short video message published earlier in the day, Priyanka said that this is “no time to play politics”, and urged TO the Chief Minister of Yogi Adityanath to use the buses. “…If you want, you can paste their posters or banners in them, but kindly allow them to layers, so that the migrants may be transported in them,” he said.

Priyanka, said, “Our buses are standing at the border, since 4 pm yesterday…(that) was going to be there until 4 pm today. Please, give them permission if you want to use, otherwise we would withdraw from them.”

But reiterating the state government’s stance that many of the vehicles in the Congress, the list of 1,000 buses had fake numbers, or registration numbers of other vehicles, and some were in a poor state, Sharma asked Priyanka to apologise to the chain to the people for “cheating” them.
