The FIR cobra Mr Lallu, Mr. Singh and “others” under Indian Penal Code sections related to cheating and forgery of documents.

The Congress rejected the government’s claim in its list with the numbers of other vehicles, challenging it to perform a “physical check” of the bus.

Later, a state government spokesman said about 100 vehicles in the Congress of the list were not buses.

Of buses, 297 lacked a certificate of suitability, or validity of the insurance papers. As the war of words escalated, UNTIL the Congress the head of Lallu and other party workers came to the Agra border, where they argued with police and staged a dharna.
