United States Secretary of State Mike Pompeo held a video conference Monday with his counterparts in India, Australia, Brazil, Israel, Japan and South Korea on issues related to the coronavirus pandemic.
The conversation spanned pandemic response, global health management, medical cooperation, economic recovery, and travel regulations. We hope to continue this commitment.

“Pompeo and his counterparts discussed the importance of international cooperation, transparency and accountability to combat the Covid-19 pandemic and address its causes,” said State Department spokesman Morgan Ortagus.

The meeting also discussed collaboration to prevent future global health crises and reaffirm the importance of the rules-based international order, Ortagus said.
