Telangana police move to quell communal shock in Bhainsa

Nirmal Community problems erupted in the city of Bhainsa in the Nirmal district of Telangana after a drunk man allegedly entered a place of worship and sparked an argument between two groups of people a few hours earlier.

The problem arose at midnight Sunday from an incident that had occurred hours earlier, and the streets of Bhainsa were tense on Monday. Bhainsa police imposed a curfew at night and invoked Section 144, an assembly that limits the law.

Nirmal District Police Superintendent Shashidhar Raju said Bhainsa police arrested 25 people for riots and recorded four cases against him. Additional forces have been deployed in Bhainsa.

The riots took place in the Shivajinagar colony, located on the outskirts of Bhainsa, on the way to Nirmal. The previous incident took place inside the city. The criminals burned the seat of a motorcycle and damaged an autorickshaw. Two people were injured in the clashes.

Raju said that all establishments in Bhainsa, except hospitals and medical stores, were closed.

The SP said the incident that caused the problem occurred around 9:30 p.m. M. From Sunday, when the drunk entered a place of worship. Some locals tried to stop him and another group intervened on his behalf. This led to riots, with the two groups throwing stones at each other.

Raju said the drunkard suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital in Nizamabad and was in stable condition. Senior police officers from the Karimnagar range rushed to Bhainsa.

Telangana’s Interior Minister Mahmood Ali said the incident was minor but that the administration was monitoring the situation. He said the situation is under control.
