Ministry of Aviation headquarters sealed while the employee tests positive crown

NEW DELHI: An employee of the aviation ministry detected positive Covid-19 and the headquarters building where he works, Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, was sealed for three days according to the disinfection protocol.
This is the first confirmed case of a central government ministry employee contracting influenza from Wuhan.

The aviation ministry tweeted: “A ministry employee who had attended the office on April 15, 2020, tested positive for COVID19 on April 21. All necessary protocols are strictly followed on-site. All colleagues who came into contact are asked to isolate themselves as a precaution. The Delhi government deals with the matter. They are taking the appropriate measures according to the established protocol for monitoring contacts and preparing risk profiles. ”
Aviation Minister H S Puri tweeted: “We support our colleague in the aviation ministry who has tested positive for COVID19 and has extended all possible medical aid, support. Those in contact have also been asked to follow established procedures. I wish him strength and a speedy recovery. ”
