Samsung’s foldable flip phone recently hit the DxOMark desktop for some testing. This smartphone scored a total of 105 points. In the image test, you get 109 points, while for videos you get 96 points. Overall, this smartphone is ranked 27 on the DxOMark list. However, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is not a camera-focused device. Therefore, its performance is not disappointing.
The main camera on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip generally captures nice colors, a wide dynamic range, and its noise control is pretty good, too. Although its super wide-angle photos have some distortions, their performance is still very good. Furthermore, it is Autofocus is accurate and consistent, however it is slower than other high-end devices. Unfortunately, this smartphone does not have a telephoto camera that could have improved its zoom capabilities.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip comes with a 12MP dual-pixel f / 1.8 main camera that supports OIS + a 12MP ultra-wide-angle f / 2.2 camera. It also has a 10MP dual pixel f / 2.4 camera on the front.
