Rhea Chakraborty was released on bail by the Bombay High Court today, after the NCB detained her in connection with the drug investigation, which stemmed from the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. After spending nearly a month in jail, Rhea will be released if the paperwork is done before 5 p.m. In the bail order issued by Judge Sarang V Kotwal, the High Court established certain conditions for Rhea Chakraborty.

1. The Applicant is ordered to be released on bail with her PR bond provided in the amount of Rs 100,000 / – (Rs one lakh only) with one or two guarantees of the same amount.

2. The Applicant will deposit her passport with the investigating agency.

3. The Applicant will not leave the country without the prior permission of the NDPS Special Judge in Greater Mumbai.

4. If the Applicant has to leave Greater Mumbai, she will inform the Investigating Officer; and give your itinerary to the Investigating Officer in advance.

5. The Applicant must attend the office of the investigating agency the first Monday of each month between 10:00 am and 11:00 am to mark her presence, for a period of six months.

6. The Applicant must attend all the dates in the Court unless some reasonable cause prevents it.

7. The Applicant will not alter the evidence or investigation of the case.

8. After being released on bail, the Applicant must mark her presence at the Police Station closest to her residence at any time between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm to show her availability, for a period of ten days from release.
