Hardik Pandya won the Man of the Series award for the three-game T20 international contest against Australia. In a sweet gesture, the SUV was dedicated to T Natarajan, who impressed on his first T20I outing to India. In a high-scoring series dominated by batters, Natarajan, who played his first T20I series for India, finished as the top wicket catcher with six scalps. The left arm seamer was also inexpensive and gave India key advances when they needed it most. Natarajan played with an economy of just 6.91 and posted his best figures of 3/30 in the second Q20.
“Natarajan, you were outstanding in this series. To perform brilliantly in difficult conditions on your debut in India says a lot about your talent and hard work,” Hardik wrote in a tweet after the third T20I, which Australia won by 12 races. “You deserve the Man of the Series from my side bhai!”
“Congratulations to #TeamIndia for the victory,” he concluded.

“I want people to believe in themselves and achieve anything, even if the odds are against them. It’s just my way of appreciating their hard work over the years,” Hardik Pandya told ANI news agency about why he gave the award to Natarajan.
“For me, Natarajan deserves the Man of the Series award. To have such a brilliant performance in his debut says a lot about his belief and the talent he possesses.”
Natarajan received a call-up for the Indian T20 team after an impressive outing in the 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) He took 16 wickets in the same number of games to help SunRisers Hyderabad reach Qualifier 2 in the cash-rich league, before being eliminated by the Delhi Capitals runners-up.

His efforts with the ball and Hardik’s with the bat played a significant role when India beat Australia 2-1 in the series after Australia beat the visitors in the ODI series.
The two teams will now meet in a four-game test series.
